We provide Shropshire Towns and Rural Housing with both operational and strategic outsourced procurement services. STAR Housing is an Arms Length Management Organisation (or ALMO for short). They have a management agreement with Shropshire Council to manage the homes, tenancies and neighbourhoods of the Council houses, flats, bungalows and garages in the Bridgnorth, Oswestry and Shrewsbury area. STAR Housing was set up in 2013 and manages c4,000 properties.

We provided support to Safer London with reviewing and improving the organisation's approach to procurement including tender support and training for staff. Safer London stand beside young Londoners and families caught in cycles of violence, exploitation and trauma. They are a team of dedicated specialists who believe that every child deserves safety, stability and a future free from harm.

We provided Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council with a range of contract management services, including staff training and contract support services. Situated at the very heart of the West Midlands, Sandwell Council is the third largest metropolitan borough providing a comprehensive range of services to local people throughout their lives.

We provide Trent & Dove with both operational and strategic outsourced procurement services. Trent & Dove is a Regulated Provider of Social Housing (also known as a Housing Association) providing affordable homes for rent and shared ownership across their core operating areas of the East Midlands, South Derbyshire and North-West Leicestershire.

We provided Community Housing with procurement support in the review of catering services for an extra care scheme. Community Housing is the largest social housing landlord in the Wyre Forest District. They provide homes and services to support the local community, including care and support, housing management, maintenance and repairs, and shared ownership.

We provide Cornerstone Housing with both operational and strategic outsourced procurement services. Cornerstone are Exeter’s largest independent housing association, providing quality affordable homes to local people in housing need for more than 90 years. They manage over 1400 properties across Exeter, Teignbridge, Mid Devon and East Devon, to provide a home for 3,000 people at affordable levels of rent, and build around 30 new homes a year.

We provide Two Rivers Housing with operational support, including the delivery of tender services. Two Rivers Housing is a community-focussed, not-for-profit organisation based in the beautiful Forest of Dean. They believe that everyone should have a warm, safe, affordable home when they need it and are committed to increasing the availability of affordable housing in their communities.
